Life as I know it . . .

Oh my, where has the time gone?  I can't believe my last post was March 25th.  I apologize for that!  I just need about 10 more hours in each day to be able to do all I need to do.

The majority of my time has been spent doing homework.

Occasionally, I do have a spare moment to snap pictures of my beloved birds.

Last week I returned to my Doctor because I just haven't been feeling well.  I'm tired.  I've been tired for over a year.  I hurt.  Tentatively I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  I'm on a medication that will pretty well let me know in a few weeks.  If I feel better with the medication then I have it.  If not, we'll start over from square one.  I'm also doing an inhome sleep study tomorrow night and also being checked for lupus.

In the mean time the boys are on spring break and are in Tennessee with my parents.  I miss them tremendously.  The first day or so it is nice, but then the house gets too quiet and I find myself going into their room, just peeking in.

I am supposed to write 3 papers this semester.  I've finished one completely other than citing one source.  The other is a page away from being done.  The third has not been started.... my goal this week is to finish the 2nd paper and get a few pages written on the third paper.

I did use the boys old sand box as a planter this year.  I planted radishes and mustard greens.  I'll get a picture up this week!

Don't fret, Cathy. Sounds like you have a life outside of Bloggerville. Which is a good thing.

I hope you don't have fibro. Hopefully, it's just your overdoing.

Fibromyalgia and lupus have such similar effects but I thought lupus usually came with bruising due to swelling under your skin and unexplained rashes. My daughter probably has lupus. I know how it hurts and complicates your life. Every year we seem to discover a new autoimmune disease. Please be well.

You have been away for a while. It is hard to fit it all in a day when you wear so many hats.

Yes time flies but I'm glad you a took moment to fill us in. So hope the medicine works and you can get on with it. And hummm.... a sand box would be cheaper than wood, wouldn't it?!

Be well and know we are always here :)

No worries....life is needing you. And sounds like you need time off from some things.
Hope all is well...and enjoy the quiet:)))

Dang...no need to apologize for not posting more often. Just glad to know that you are OK...and hope your health issues have a simple solution.
Could it be that you have too much stress in your life due to having so much on your plate?

Love the photos of your sweet sons (and furbaby) plus the Red-Wing Blackbird.

Take cared!

Oh, I'll bet you miss your kids! But being in school, what a blessing for them to have time with grandparents, while you have time to get a bundle done for school. You have my prayers for great memories for your sons, and for you... papers written quickly and well. ;) (I went to school while raising kids, too.)

PS No apologies needed - please take advantage of the time you have to get ahead at home and at school. Blogging can wait! ;)
