Oh my heck....no time for recipes - I want you to do mail order!! ;o) (ok...ok....it won't happen this year, but I'll put it to the top of the to-do for next year (yikes - I'm already behind for next year at this rate!) - can you send me at least the recipes for the red velvet and the vanilla irish cream?? Is biscotti hard to make? I've never done it before...but I've eaten my share! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

Wow the Red Velvet looks amazing. I'd like the recipe for that! We don't have Red Velvet here but I think I have seen cakes like this in the US. I am assuming red food colouring, but I don't know what the flavour is like.

They all look lovely - wish I was on your Christmas present list, Cathy! :)

Believe it or not, but I don't think I've ever eaten biscotti before. It sure looks good, though. The honey cinnamon butter looks good, too.

I'm here to testify that the Vanilla Irish Cream is the very best. That was my favorite last year and after receiving several kinds this year - it still remains my favorite. I don't even care if there is icing on it. The combination and texture of the Vanilla Irish Cream goes great with my coffee. I love it because it does not taste sweet at all. I leave home each morning with a cup of coffee and sometimes just 1/2 of a biscotti, because they are large. I am special for having Country Cathy for a daughter and don't honestly know where she gets all her talent. Mom
