My life as a full time student has ended, for now. I am officially a grown up. And for the big news . . .
that's right . . .
I have a job!! A big girl job! I work for a company in southern Indiana that contracts with the state to provide home based services. I am a case manager / youth counselor. I have not given up my dream of going to grad school and am waiting to see if I am accepted, but for now I wanted to share my good news!

You have to do what you need to do. I would stay with school even part time.
I applied to two schools, I later found out that one of them is not for nontrads, it's strictly M-F, so it's out. The other I can do online and Saturday, so I'm crossing my fingers.
Congrats on the new job. It sounds like you're going to make a difference in some lives. That's something I've been struggling with...my job is basically pushing papers...
Enjoy!

I understand, Leann, I too will have a ton of paperwork. I actually have about 40 hours of training on just how to do the paperwork!
YIPPEE! To think I knew you when. :) Big congrats on first finishing school, then the job but...
What is this about growing up? Please tell me it ain't so! :D

Oh I will only be grown up when I'm on the clock!!!!
I hope the job is going well. I haven't read your most recent post yet. A job like that can be rewarding, but emotionally draining.
