A fun time was had by all . . .Hico Tennessee

Maverick requested mummy cupcakes for his birthday

Nanny

Mistletoe - I can't wait to shoot this down for Christmas!

Hickory nut shell.  Mom says hickory nuts make a wonderful pie.

Watching for the bad guys

Papa and Jackson

Nanny and the boys.  They giggled so hard over this book!

How many papa's would string up a disco ball and position lights in just the right place so Ranger and Maverick can see stars?  Ranger and Maverick have never seen a night sky full of beautiful stars.  Thank you Papa!

Crazy cousins!

Molly and Nanny

My sister Molly - funny, sweet, giving, need I say more?

Ranger cheated by grabbing the stem!

Vulture in the trees

The harvest season is over

Maverick the birthday boy!

Beautiful tree at Price Cemetary behind Mom and Dad's

Fun with silly string!

He just had fun playing in the water!

Maverick's birthday isn't for a few more days, but we had a Halloween / birthday part at Mom and Dad's and had a blast.  The boys giggled, laughed, played, ate, and giggled some more.

Happy birthday Maverick!!!

Some fun times it looks with your family.Like the cupcakes and games. The vulture just topped it off.

I know, a weird combination of vultures, trees, corn cobs and apple bobbing!

First, I love all the photos. Second, I don't know where you are but in KY shooting Mistletoe down was a childhood favorite of mine. Hickory nut pie?

A disco ball, flashback, great idea Papa! A very Happy Birthday to Maverick. :)

Thanks Jules! The mistletoe is at mom and dad's in Tennessee, so I'll have to use dad's trusty shotgun!

Yeah, hickory nut pie sounds weird doesn't it? Hubby and Mom both said it's great.

Ranger and Maverick are unable to see the stars because of their vision issues, so the disco ball did the trick!

What a fun post! It looks like Maverick had a fun birthday. The pose of that vulture reminds me of a cat.

I love your festive template, by the way!

Wow! I love your new Holiday look and your cool photos! I blog for my granddaughter and any future grandchildren.:)

Yes...I often just sit and listen. My granddaughter made a comment on how quiet it is here. I love the peacefulness of only hearing birds and my little waterfall.

Thanks for your continued support in my quiting smoking. It is a huge deal!:-D)
