The colors of the rainbow

A few years ago the house I owned had no landscaping at all.  From family and friends, I began planting lots of flowers, starts, and seeds.  I thought I would share just a few of my favorites.  Even though I now rent, I do a lot of container gardening.  But it just isn't the same.

There is a wonderful feeling about planting, nurturing then watching your art reappear in later years.

Beautiful, Cathy. I think everyone will appreciate your gorgeous flower photos today. We need a colorful break from all the white outside our windows! :)

Gorgeous, Cathy.... Isn't it fun to grow beautiful flowers? As you know, we do also... I always love seeing what others do --and it's fun to see the flowers during the WINTER....

Even in containers, flowers are pretty.

Is that one green one a Sempervivum? We grow Semps (Chicks and Hens) and have several varieties in our yard...

Hugs,
Betsy

Cathy, those are gorgeous pictures!!! What a coincidence as I was getting ready to write about a dream I had this last week, a dream of my mother and I in a garden. My mother died last April.

Also, thanks for stopping by my blog, and for your kind comment :-)
